Hi, I'm Sofia.

I have, from a young age, been artistic. I spend a lot of my time drawing and painting whilst listening to an eclectic variety of music. I have experimented artistically with a variety of different methods and mediums. So far, I have used: pencil, charcoal, pastel, oil colour, watercolour and acrylic. I also enjoy decorating friends and family in mehndi (henna). Next, I will be working with ink and a tattoo gun on fake skin!

Currently, I aspire to be a tattoo artist. I am in the process of building this website so I can offer my services as a custom tattoo designer. This new venture will, I hope, provide me with some practice and experience in creating designs outside of my current artistic repertoire. It will help me build an art portfolio that I may then use when applying for university or an apprenticeship.

I am currently searching for a work experience placement. The placement would be from Monday 27th to Friday 31st March 2023.

I am an outgoing, creative individual, my core strengths are art, design and communication. Ideally, I would like art and design to be at the heart of work experience placement.

In addition, I am also willing to work voluntarily one weekend day, leading up to and after the work placement week. This work placement and any other opportunities for work experience will help me explore what vocations in the creative industries I might like to pursue.

I will be a productive member of your team and will contribute to the efficient running of your business. For example, I could: clean and tidy, greet customers, serve food and beverages, answer the telephone, take messages and bookings, organise filing systems and portfolios.
